If you would like to refer a patient to our practice, please click on the preferred type of appointment and fill out our referral submission form. Below is a brief description of the two different types of appointments we offer.

In order for us to get your client scheduled appropriately, and in a timely manner, we do ask that all medical records, lab work, radiographs or additional diagnostics, be submitted at the time of the referral.

Full Consult Appointment

Clients will meet with our veterinarian during their pet's appointment. Results will be discussed and any recommendations for additional diagnostics, imaging , medication and/or rechecks will be made that day. A detailed report will be sent to you,  the referring veterinarian, and the client within 48 hours of the appointment.

Out Patient Appointment

This type of appointment is for diagnostic imaging with interpretation. It does not include a consultation with the client.. A detailed report, which will include recommendations, will be sent to you, the referring veterinarian, within 48 hours.
